Membership plans are managed and billed on an annual basis.  Upon initial subscription, your annual subscription fee will be processed immediately.  There are no refunds after the initial year's annual subscription fee has been authorized and processed. 

 

Your annual subscription will be auto-renewed using the original form of payment provided at check-out.  You can login and manage your membership plan, contact details, billing details and payment information at anytime on this website by utilizing the login feature in the top right corner.  You will set a username password at the time of enrollment.  Should you forget your password, please select the login feature in the top right corner of this site and select "forgot password". 

 

Personal Ledger Books, T-shirts and Engraved glassware will be coordinated within the first 30-days of membership.  Engraved name plagues will be on display within the first 45-days of membership.

 

To change the engraved names on the name plague, please email info@craftedncured.com to request a change.  Change orders on name plagues may result in a $50 fee to re-print, remove and re-apply revised name plagues. 

 

Disclaimer: based on the physical size of your security deposit box and plague, character limitations can and will apply.  A member of the Crafted & Cured team will contact you if we notice any conflicts with your requested text.  No vulgar or inappropriate text is allowed.

 

To modify your subscription or payment method, please manage at "My Subscriptions" or contact info@craftedncured.com.  To cancel your subscription, you must manage the cancellation at "My Subscriptions" or contact info@craftedncured.com.  Please provide a 10-14 day response time. 

 

Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 45-days prior to the next billing cycle.  No refunds will be issued during a subscription cycle for an annual subscription that has already been authorized and processed.

The Crafted Reserve Whiskey Experience does not include the sale of alcohol, nor the discount of any alcohol purchases.  The program does not include the sale of any banking or financial institute services; the program names are simply an ode to the historical bank environment Crafted & Cured is located in.  

​

To enjoy any spirited beverage at a Member event, participants must be 21-years or older.
